Since August 2023, many of my clients have experienced increased stress, adrenal fatigue and even adrenal burn-out (more severe). It is a clear signal from the body that stress has been in the front seat for a long period and it has manifested it-self as burn-out, overwhelm, depression, making it difficult to function as usual and taking you away from your core and power.
Therefore, I have created the De-Stress Program to help bring the body (back) into alignment & balance for you to be able to act with more freedom and joy in your life.
“De-Stress” combines Eden Energy Methods & Biofield Tuning and includes 5 sessions in all.
The unique combination of the two healing modalities allows for localizing, diminishing, and resolving stress. In addition to the 5 sessions, you will receive simple, yet powerful exercises to prolong and build on the energies.
It enables you to start strengthening and healing yourself, learning the energetic language of your own body.
The first session is a 2 hour in-depth clearing of body, biofield and presentation of issues on an overall basis as well as impactful intuitive guidance.
The following sessions build on the previous and allows for a deep dive into what is going on in body, mind and spirit for a profound and long term progress.
The last session serves to bring together and finetune all that has been presented, strengthening the energetic flow and vibration.

First session: (2 hours) The following sessions: 1,5 hours each.

3 Check-in Sessions
The 3 check-in-sessions are a combined offer over a spand of 3-4 weeks. The 3 sessions will assist you to get cleared and tuned in the best way possible to function through times of uncertainty and changes with as much ease and grace as possible.
The specific time periods between sessions are necessary for the body & mind to integrate and for you to get the full rewards of the process.
1st session is an in-depth overall clearing of body, biofield and presentation of issues. There will also be intuitive guidance (1,5-2 hours).
2nd session focuses on balancing and grounding & bringing in new aligned energy. There is also intuitive and visionary guidance with channeling, journey and physic impressions (1,5 hours).
3rd session TUNE-UP! This is a shorter session to finetune and anchor the new energies (60 min).
Price for all three sessions: 2.200 DKK. (normal price 2.700 DKK).
