Keep up your daily energy routines. Keep putting out to Spirit, Heavenly Father and Cosmic Mother your deepest desires for creating your life in alignment with your Higher Self and for the good of all of Creation.

Ask to clear any and all limitations that you put/have put on your-self or others have imposed on you
